Preparing Your iPhone
The first step to getting your iPhone repaired by our support professionals is to prepare it for shipment to our support center. How do you do this? Use a padded envelope to send only your iPhone. We do not need:
- the included accessories - your SIM card - your iPhone box

Sending In Your iPhone
The next step is to send your iPhone to our support professionals. The mailing address you will need to send your phone to is:

You must include a paper with your contact e-mail address, your PayPal e-mail address, and what the problem is with your iPhone (or what you want done to it).
* Please be sure to send your package's tracking number to our Support Team (support@freeit4less.com) so we may know when to expect your package. We highly recommend using carriers such as FedEx or UPS, rather than USPS (due to delivery delays).

Assessment and Billing
Once our support professionals receive your iPhone in the mail, they will evaluate and assess the problem with the phone. If it is determined as repairable, we will fix the problem and invoice you via PayPal based on our flat-rate fee schedule:
Firmware Upgrade If you send in your iPhone to have it upgraded to the latest iPhone software available - $14.95 Scrolling Text If you attempted to unlock, jailbreak, etc. and your iPhone now only shows scrolling text. - $14.95 Restoration Fee If we locate the issue and find it may be repaired by restoring your iPhone via iTunes - $9.95
All customers will be required to pay $25 for domestic return shipping or $40 for international shipping.
* If your iPhone is deemed as un-repairable because it does not meet the above requirements, you will be assessed the regular shipping fee plus a $4.95 assessment fee before your phone is returned. No iPhone will be returned as repaired or not-repaired until the invoiced fees are paid via PayPal.

Repairing and Returning Your iPhone
Once our support professionals receive your iPhone in the mail, they will immediately enter it into our repair process. They will repair issues contained within one of our three categories (see above). Once your PayPal invoice has been paid and your phone repaired, it will be re-pacakged for shipment to you the next day. It typically takes around 24-48 business hours to repair your iPhone.
* The tracking number for your iPhone's return package will become available via PayPal once the phone has been re-packaged and labeled for shipment. Please also note that all iPhones entered into repair by FreeIt4Less will be restored and upgraded to 1.1.4 firmware. This means all content on your iPhone will be lost. Please ensure that you have backed up your device before sending it to us.
