What exactly are the iPhones you sell on your site?
We currently sell brand new, unlocked 8GB and 16GB iPhone models. These are ordered directly from Apple. Once we receive them, we unlock them and re-package them before sending to you. It's like ordering a iPhone from Apple, but it's unlocked and ready to go with any SIM card!

How does the mail-in unlock (or repair) program work?
Our mail-in unlock and repair programs are made possible by having you send in your iPhone to our support professionals to either unlock or repair the phone. More information can be found on the Mail In Unlock and Repairs Service pages.

What is iPhoneSimFree and can I use it?
iPhoneSimFree is the recommended, "do-it-yourself" solution for unlocking your iPhone if you have a pre-4.6 bootloader. How do you know if you have this? If your phone was purchased after October 2007, it is highly likely that your phone is not compatible with this software.

Do you offer telephone technical support?
Unfortunately, our staff are unable to respond to voicemails and support calls promptly, since they are unlocking and repairing iPhones. However, you can call our automated self-help number at 1-888-8-FREEIT 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for answers to common questions or problems.

Do I contact you for problems with apps from Installer?
As much as we'd love to help you with all your problems, all applications available in Installer are developed by third-parties, not FreeIt4Less. We only provide bandwith and hosting space for the applications for your convenience. If you have any issues, please contact the developer listed in Installer.

Why must I pay an order processing fee?
Due to the rising costs of getting you the best quality products (labor, fuel costs, shipping supplies, PayPal fees, etc.), we must now assess a 4.75% order processing fee to orders in order to ensure that we can provide you with the best product, best service, and fastest shipping times possible.

Can I get iPhone accessories with my order?
If you have ordered an iPhone and wish to add any accessory that is available in the online Apple store, please e-mail our Support Team (support@freeit4less.com), and we'll invoice you via PayPal for the cost of the accessory plus a $4.95 processing fee, then ship it for free with your iPhone! You may also request to have an Invisible Shield kit included for only $50.

What networks does an unlocked iPhone work on?
Unlocked iPhones will work with any network that utilizes GSM technology (AT&T, T-Mobile, O2, etc.). This is nearly every network that uses SIM cards in their phones. If you're not sure what technology your provider uses, please contact their customer support and ask.

Can I use EDGE on my unlocked iPhone?
Yes! The iPhone has very many Internet-rich applications available, and you must have EDGE to use these features if not connected to WiFi. To use EDGE, call your cell phone company and request to have EDGE data added to your plan. Next, go to the Settings > General > Network > EDGE menu on your iPhone and enter in the APN details you're provided with.
